Season 2 follows Martian, played by Michael Fassbender, as his lover Samia is now a political prisoner in Sudan and he will do anything to save her, walking a knife-edge between duty, personal loyalty, and outright treachery. The season is more expansive than the first, following young agents Danny and Owen alongside Martian as a mysterious figure named Viking emerges as the season’s most dangerous antagonist. The full cast includes Jeffrey Wright, Richard Gere, Jodie Turner-Smith, and Hugh Bonneville, and in a rare treat for binge-watchers, all ten episodes landed at once on Paramount+ on June 21.
