Template — review before launch. This document is a reasonable starting point written to match how the service actually behaves, but it is not legal advice. Have a lawyer in your jurisdiction check it, and fill in the operator name and contact details below.
1. The service
SwiftDrop (the "Service"), operated at filmyduniya.cloud, lets anyone upload files and receive a private link for sharing them. No account is required. The Service is provided free of charge, as-is, with no guarantee of availability, durability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
2. Your files are temporary
Uploads are deleted automatically when the transfer expires — after 15 days by default, or sooner if you choose a shorter period or set a download limit. Deletion is permanent and there is no backup. The Service is not storage or a backup. Always keep your own copy of anything you upload.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to upload, store, or distribute:
- Material that is illegal where you are, where the recipient is, or where our servers are located.
- Malware, ransomware, exploit kits, or anything designed to damage or gain unauthorised access to a system.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights you don't hold.
- Child sexual abuse material. Confirmed cases are reported to the relevant authorities.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, or personal data about others obtained without their consent.
- Phishing pages, fraudulent documents, or anything intended to deceive a recipient into giving up credentials or money.
- Content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group.
You must also not attempt to circumvent rate limits, enumerate links belonging to others, probe or attack the infrastructure, or use automated tools to bulk-upload in a way that degrades the Service for other people.
4. Blocked file types
Directly executable and scriptable file extensions are rejected at upload time. This is an operational measure to keep the domain off malware blocklists, not a security guarantee — we do not scan file contents, and an archive can contain anything.
5. Moderation and removal
Every download page carries a report button. We review reports and may delete or block any transfer at our discretion, with or without notice, including when we believe these terms have been broken or when required to by law. Blocked transfers have their files erased immediately; a record of the transfer identifier and report is retained for our own abuse handling.
To report content, use the button on the download page or email abuse@filmyduniya.cloud. Include the full link and the reason.
6. Your responsibility for links
A share link is a credential. Anyone who has it can download the files, and we cannot tell whether the person holding it is the person you sent it to. You are responsible for who you give the link to and for the consequences of it being forwarded. Add a password for anything you would not want a stranger to open.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that files will remain available for their full expiry period. Hardware fails, disks fill, and processes restart.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including files being deleted early, being lost, or being accessed by someone you shared a link with.
9. Changes
These terms may change at any time. The version published on this page when you upload is the version that applies to that transfer. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
