The makers of Autobi have unveiled the film’s official poster, offering the first glimpse into a psychological thriller set against the eerie backdrop of the mysterious Chamsutti forest. The film is directed by Soumava Banerjee and stars Madhumita Sarcar, Inaaya Chowdhury, Shaheb Chatterjee, Rahul Arunoday Banerjee and Aryann Bhowmik.
The story follows two sisters, Dimple and Taniya, whose lives are shaped by childhood trauma. When Taniya mysteriously disappears in the forbidden Chamsutti forest in Jhargram, Dimple embarks on a desperate search with a journalist and a local guide. As they venture deeper into the forest, reality begins to blur, forcing Dimple to confront her past while battling terrifying hallucinations and an unseen force.Calling Autobi “an experience” rather than just a thriller, Soumava said the film blends fear, emotion and mystery to keep audiences emotionally invested until the very end. The newly released poster offers an intriguing glimpse into the haunting world of the film.
